On Thursday, May 20, 2004, the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration held a meeting with its Blue Ribbon Panel of stakeholders. The purpose of the meeting was to update the panel on activities of the PHMSA Pipeline Safety R&D Program and to present and discuss selected program performance measures.
