In a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) issued March 29, PHMSA sought to identify research projects that would enhance the long-term integrity of the national pipeline infrastructure. Two briefings to provide additional information on the BAA were held on April 23, 2002, in Washington, DC and April 25, 2002, in Denver, Colorado.
