Public Abstract

Purpose of the study was to identify the various rehabilitation methods used in gas distribution piping systems and evaluate their efficacy. The various rehabilitation methods were identified by contacting professional associations, research organizations, commercial companies, and commercial installers. Specific information on each rehabilitation process was obtained to evaluate each process and provide a comparison. Research studies and installation guidelines for many of the methods were identified and used to evaluate the various claims by each installer.
