Main Objective
Under this grant award Chester. County of, will implement the recommendations developed under the Chester County Pipeline Notification Protocol (PNP). This project will focus on developing the outreach program of the PNP to the seventy-three municipalities within the county as well as landowners.
Public Abstract
Under the terms of this agreement, the Recipient must demonstrate completion of the work through the actions it has specified in its Application.
- Based on a twelve month schedule a website will be developed in two phases.
- Phase 1 will include base infirmation on pipelines within the county and pipeline provider contact information.
- Phase 2 will include the development of pipeline project information dissemination, a guide book. and a FAQ section.
- A Point of Contact (POC will be identified with the function of coordinating both the website development and the outreach to municipalities program.
- The following milestones will be accomplished: 1.0 Website Development 2.0 Website Content/Maintenance 3.0 Outreach/Point of Contact.
