Public Abstract

ELEMENT 7 - ENFORCEMENT: This project builds on the successes from the past few years. While there are stakeholder groups who recognize the value of enforcement, the specific details have not been developed. Obviously this is crucial in order to gain support for the program. This project and the theme of being prepared to propose a fair and effective enforcement amendment to the law at the 2011 legislative session will be the primary focus of the MDPC.
