Main Objective

The City of will develop a GIS for the City's natural gas distribution system.

Public Abstract

The city of Perry will:

  1. Create a digital database of the existing distribution system;
  2. Include a cost effective means to update and add to the database as the distribution system expands or changes;
  3. Provide the necessary hardware and software for the GIS;
  4. Identify threats to the system along with recommendations on how to include in database; and,
  5. Develop and implement a communication plan along with the GIS database that will be shared with affected groups and general public.
