Main Objective
The Municipal Utilities Board of Decatur will collect GPS field data for GIS
Public Abstract
The Municipal Utilities Board of Decatur will:
- Improve natural gas pipeline safety by making systematic improvements in reporting and recording of cathodic protection information;
- Deploy a geographical information system for pipeline safety information; and,
- Enhance the accuracy of the system data in order to improve damage prevention through public community education and public awareness of pipeline locations.
