Main Objective
Under this grant award the County of Skagit will develop regulations to govern development near oil or gas transmission pipelines within unincorporated Skagit County.
Public Abstract
The County of Skagit will assist Skagit County jurisdiction in developing land use regulations pertaining to transmission pipeline safety in Skagit County since there are four major transmission pipelines within the jurisdiction.
