Main Objective
Under this grant agreement, the ACC will produce and distribute an interactive training DVD targeted to excavators, contract locators, and underground facility owners/operators in partnership with the Commission's contractor, the Arizona Blue Stake (One Call) Center. Mass production of the training DVD will allow for reaching much larger numbers of target groups that will benefit from the training, thereby continuing to reduce the number of third party damages to underground utilities.
