This legacy PHMSA inspection application is now part of the PRIMIS Modernization Project:

  • The PRIMIS IMDB-G, IMDB-L, and OQDB applications were made read-only in January 2021.
  • All finalized inspections and library documents have been imported into the PRIMIS Inspection Assistant (IA) system.
  • You will need a PRIMIS IA login order to access these archives. If you are a state user and need an IA account requested, please have your state program manager submit a NAPSR form on your behalf (with all employee information + the "Inspection Assistant" box at the bottom checked).
  • If you need help accessing the inspection and library archives, please contact OQ-Support@dot.gov or IM-Support@dot.gov
