Corrective Action Order Cases Initiated

This report lists all of the Corrective Action Orders issued in a given year, beginning in 2002. The yearly tables include the date the Corrective Action Order, or Notice of Proposed Corrective Action Order, was issued, the name of the operator involved, the PHMSA Region initiating the enforcement action(s), the corresponding date on which the case was closed (when applicable), the current status of the case, and the PHMSA case number. Corrective Action Orders identify the specific corrective actions an operator must take to address conditions that PHMSA considers hazardous to people, property, or the environment. Corrective Action Orders are described in 49 CFR 190.233.
