User Interface Changes

1. On the Planning tab, inspectors can filter for questions in topics flagged by Screening results.
2. The Advanced Tools screen has been modernized.
3. The Western Region representative has been updated on the Support page.
4. A new button on the Advanced Tools screen allows users to upload local inspection databases to the support team for investigation.
5. Clicking on an attached image opens the image in a new IA window rather than the Windows photo editing application.

Minor Improvements, Bug Fixes, Maintenance

1. Removed unused legacy code and updated deprecated methods
2. Began enforcing numeric data type on certain image location attributes
3. Corrected error in dropdown menu display when application window was below a certain width
4. Improved logging of certain error conditions while working disconnected
5. Corrected error in Coverage Heatmap report
