1. GD, GT, HL, LNG: All State-specific question sets brought up to date with the most recent federal updates, including a single new “Section 114” question for GD, GT, and LNG question sets (Section 114 is no longer applicable to HL systems per updated PHMSA policy).
2. CASFM (HL)

• Created new “CASFM Baseline Procedures” and “CASFM New Construction” directives by adding additional questions to the set of associated federal directive questions.
• Updated the “CASFM Baseline Records”, “CASFM Baseline Field Inspection”, “CASFM New Construction”, “CASFM HL IM”, and “CASFM HL IM Implementation” directives to add additional questions.
• Added a variety of new State-specific annotations to federal questions.
• Added additional CA-specific questions.

3. CT (GD)

• Cleanup updates to the extensive CT GD question set established via CT.GD.2026.01.

4. OK (GD, GT, HL)

• New question sets to establish IM-related directives and add OK-specific questions to make the application of IA more efficient for their users.
