1. GD, GT, HL, LNG: Implemented new Section 114 inspection coverage via addition of one question at the conclusion of the MO.XX Operations Subgroup in each PRS.
2. GD: LPG question LPG.NFPA59-TRANSFER.TRANSFEROPS.R deleted to complete 03/26 MNOPS/PHMSA updates.
3. GT: Minor updates for improved reg reference consistency and nomenclature improvements per O&M Team scrub of EP and MO Groups.
4. GT: New SP.CL-D question set (12 new Subgroups) added for Special Permit Group D (Special Permit PHMSA-2019-0207). 37 new questions added in addition to many re- presented questions.
5. GT: MO.GOCLASS.ELIGIBLECL3INITIAL.P updated to reflect publication of technical corrections associated with Eligible Class 3 segments (Class Location Change Requirements Rule (rule effective date: March 16, 2026)).
6. HL: Construction Team - Updated various Considerations in the DC.CO and DC.MO Subgroups.
7. HL: Construction Team - Deleted DC.BIO and SRN.DC.BIO Subgroups and associated Biofuels directive and updated related content in the DC.DN Subgroup, including renaming DC.DN.DESIGN.X to DC.DN.FLANGES.X.
8. IAT - Applied BOT/RT exclusion to SRN.FS-TSAPIINSPECT.TANKINSP.S, and Biofuels exclusion to SRN.MO-BIO.BIOOMPROC.S and SRN.EP-ERB.BIOFUELS.S.
