This update includes GD.2025.02, GT.2025.03, and HL.2025.02

1. GD - Gas Distribution Team. Made numerous edits, additions, and deletions to the GDIM question set.
2. GD - Plastics & Construction Teams. Edited Plastics questions in DC.
3. GD - Corrosion Team & Distribution Team. Added new TD.EQ subgroup and related questions.
4. GT - Corrosion Team. Added 17 new TD questions.
5. GT - Construction & O&M Teams. Moved MO.GC Conversion to Service questions to the CTS subgroup DC.CONV.
6. GT - Corrosion Team. Added new questions to TD.
7. GT - GTIM Team & IDS Team. Edited questions related to the RIN-2 litigation outcome.
8. GT - GTIM Team. Edited GTIM questions.
9. HL - Construction Team. Create new Conversion to Service (CTS) directive and 23 new DC.CONV questions.
10. HL - Construction Team. Re-worked the Biofuels questions, DC.BIO, DC.DN, and the Biofuels directive.
11. HL - Construction Team. Edited a number of DC questions and applied 40 questions to the new “Pipeline Commissioning” directive.
12. HL - Breakout Tank Team. Edited the TDC.12F new tank subgroup and questions.
13. HL - HLIM Team. Added 10 questions to the “HLIM” directive.
14. HL - BOT Team. Corrected presentation typo subgroup from 620 to 650.
15. HL - IA Feedback. EP.ERL.VALVESHUTOFF.R and EP.ERL.NOTIFYPOTRUPTURE.R - Added to “Baseline Records (Form 3) Directive.”
16. GD, GT, HL - IDS Team (Rod). Deleted the GENERIC.NTSB.NTSBREVIEW.P/.R questions and related subgroups.
17. GT, HL - IDS Team (Rod). Changed 31 questions’ IDs and content containing “GOM” and “Gulf of Mexico” to “GOA” and “Gulf of America.”
