Question: Will integrity management inspection results on a company be publicly available?
Answer: OPS does not intend to make the detailed results of individual company inspections available to the public. However, consistent with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, members of the public
may request and be granted access to information from OPS files. OPS is considering making summary level information on the industrys performance available to the general public on its web site, and will make available there a summary of the performance measurement information operators must report under the rule. OPS will take care to protect information that is sensitive to national security and homeland defense, including responses to FOIA requests.
