PHMSA has published guidance for implementing portions of the proposed DIMP rule. This guidance includes a model DIMP plan for use by master meter and LPG operators. The document is in the docket and is available here.

The Gas Piping Technology Committee draft guidelines for implementing the proposed DIMP rule have separately been published for comment. The draft, and a form to use in submitting comments are available on the GPTC web site.
