Dear Mr. Jury:

	     A Corrective Action Order was issued on November 25, 2003 by the Associate Administrator for Pipeline Safety in the above-referenced case.  As you know, the Order required Buckeye Pipe Line Company to take the necessary corrective action to protect the public and the environment from potential hazards associated with the 8-inch Norco West Line running between the Hartsdale Station and the Mazon Station.  The Director, Central Region, OPS has determined that all actions required by the Order have been completed.  Accordingly, this case is now closed.  Thank you for your cooperation in our joint effort to ensure pipeline safety.
