            On May 31, 2002, a Corrective Action Order was issued to Conoco Inc. to take necessary corrective action on its 8-inch petroleum products Kansas City Pipeline, which runs from Boyer Station in El Dorado, Kansas, to Parkville Terminal in Parkville, Missouri.

            All actions required in the Corrective Action Order have been completed. Based on the recommendation of the Director, Central Region, this case is now closed and no further compliance action is contemplated with respect to the matters involved in the case.
